EZ Street Asphalt
Permanent Paving.
Anytime, Anywhere.
Innovation. Quality. Efficiency.
In 2024, we celebrated the addition of a cutting-edge robotic arm at our Bealeton facility—a milestone that reflects the shared commitment between Superior Paving and EZ Street to innovation, quality, and efficiency. The event, attended by community members, local officials, and industry leaders, showcased how advanced automation and superior materials are shaping the future of roadway repair.
Why EZ Street Works Better
EZ Street is an advanced, all-temperature asphalt that’s ready to use straight from the bag or stockpile—no heating or special treatment needed. It bonds instantly to asphalt and concrete, works in all weather including wet conditions, and is guaranteed permanent. Always traffic-ready on application, it requires no mixing or tack and remains workable for months. EZ Street is truly “throw & go” approved for fast, reliable repairs.
Versatile, Dependable Performance
EZ Street® Asphalt is built for versatility, making it the perfect choice for repairing potholes, restoring utility cuts, and fixing damaged road edges or worn overlays. It’s equally effective for sealing and leveling around manholes, valves, and drain surrounds, ensuring a smooth, durable finish. From municipal streets to commercial parking lots and residential driveways, EZ Street delivers dependable performance for both planned maintenance and quick, on-the-spot repairs.
The EZ Street Process
1. Sweep
Remove loose debris, leaves, sand, or anything not fixed to the pavement. Moisture is fine—EZ Street adheres even in the rain.
2. Fill
For holes deeper than 3 inches, fill in 2-inch layers, compacting each lift before adding more. Slightly overfill to match pavement grade after compaction
3. Compact
Tamp by hand or simply drive over the repair. Secondary compaction happens naturally under traffic.
